COMPLETE NEW ROOF AND GUTTERS
We do shingles
You can tell when a roof needs repair due to water damage and rotting while you are walking around up there. This roof now has durable roofing felt and architectural shingles. This house had no gutters and will be saved from some major settling.
THE WALLPAPER WAS OK...FOR 14 YEARS
Paint was preferred
It's almost an art to remove wallpaper without damaging walls because it's pretty usual for them to incur some scars. Proper care during removal and meticulous cleaning is key. This one required skim coating to assure the paint had a beautiful smooth and uniform finish.  And yes, the toilet was removed to paint behind it. This is a nice restroom.
GREENHOUSE ASSEMBLY
The instructions lied
The gusty state of North Carolina is a formidable force to a greenhouse. Add uneven earth and there is more to the assembly of a frame with panels than the instructions provided. It was a kit...too easy to bite off more than you can chew. We were happy to help. It was a job done correctly and with better structure than the instructions required. Even though this sweet greenhouse is not likely hurricane-proof, we were very pleased.
PRESSURE WASHED
It's like a new paint job right before your eyes
The secret to power washing is to treat the spray like a paint brush. We have thorough coverage using a consistent sweeping motion at a consistent distance and duration. It's not an Olympic event even though it requires strength and some athleticism. It helps that we are picky.
FROM TUB TO SHOWER
Total replacements
This particular one is for a manufactured home. Once the tub came out, the floor had to be prepped for the shower walls and the plumbing was modified for the new fixture.  Sometimes a little carpentry and plumbing repairs are needed along the way. We can help choose the shower and tub based on your style and budget.
THE HENS HAVE THEIR OWN ADDRESS

We designed this elevated coop to house up to 16 chickens.

SIDE DOOR AND SECURITY
The door frame needed a lift too
We had to repair the frame to install this new door complete with with new handle and lock. Nice. Safer.
INVESTMENT PROPERTY PREP
They had to rent it quickly
We installed the new AC and shiny new appliances (refrigerator not in photo) because they couldn't wait for the store contractors. There was very little counter space along with a very small budget. We made a custom built island with a cabinet, drawer and butcher block top. We also did some major cleaning and painted rooms. When we left, it was ready to rent.
